Influencer Coordinator

Locations: Remote 

Seeking candidate to support influencer marketing initiatives at both the paid and gifting level.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

+Assist in New and Current Business proposals

+Maintain existing relationships while cultivating new ones with online influencers and blog outlets through sponsored posts, giftings, showroom appointments and Fashion Week initiatives

+Identify new opportunities in the digital space with influencers, outlets and platforms; working to grow our Master List of contacts in various areas of the online/blogger space

+Proactively create and execute approved gifting initiatives for all blogger programs. Identify targets for client approval, get product availability, conduct outreach to influencers, place order with client by given deadline and work with digital interns for fulfillment, monitoring and press clippings

+Support on all sponsored post initiatives: create decks for client approvals, identify talent, negotiate rates, gain client approvals on content prior to each post then send through placements and recap reports as needed

+Support the internal departments on trend blasts and product placement opportunities with Digital influencers and blogs

Junior Account Coordinator - Sponsorship and Brand Alignment

Locations: New York, Atlanta, Philadelphia. Select Remote Positions Available

 Seeking junior account coordinators for local, national and international level sponsorships and brand connections.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

+  Manages and mentors interns and works closely with company leadership on workflow and staffing

+Assists company leadership with developing processes and procedures and acts as a champion of the company’s operational success

+Plays a critical role in pitching and securing new brand placements and sponsorships

+Thinks of new ways to leverage agency capabilities and tools to expand and strengthen company and client offerings

+Represents the agency in local business and public relations communities

Sales & Marketing Intern

+Overseeing advertising and social media marketing strategies

+Prepares proposals alongside Brand Managers for expansion and potential sale/market streams

+Identify and develop client customer acquisition strategies

We're seeking a motivated Fashion/Beauty Public Relations Intern to join our team part-time.

Seeking a motivated, organized, detail oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills with strong interest and knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

+drafting press materials from media kits, fact pages, press releases and more

+researching influencer and outlets according to account/client needs

+developing press list for clients, keeping track of interest, correspondence and samples as well as placements

We're seeking a motivated Social Media Intern to join our team part-time.

Seeking a motivated, organized, detail oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and understanding of social media platforms

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

+Develop and execute communication strategies and conduct outreach to appropriately position a range of lifestyle and consumer brands in the marketplace
+Develop innovative social media strategies for all clients, including securing blogger partnership and outreaching for collaborative projects.

Freelance Photographer

Location: New York, Philadelphia

Freelance Photographer:

This position will be responsible for shooting product shots on model, as well as fashion lifestyle images. Looking for someone who is available approximately 1-2 times a month for a full day shoot.

+Create, Style, light and shoot product editorial concepts for Social Media
+Ability to retouch images
+Must have own camera
